This is the sickness that is known as the GOP:
While I felt President Obama's address to Congress was moving, inspirational and a shot in the arm for healthcare reform, the typical ugliness of the Republican party was made evident by the sour and piggish presentations of old, white men in their undeserved and stinking seats.
They reek of southern racism and bigotry in general which is decidedly un-American and definitely non-Christian. The majority of them do not belong in the public eye, much less in public service for the American people.
If anyone should be booed off the political stage, it is the right-wing adult schoolchildren with wrinkled and bitter faces who hold dear their useless careers rather than the wishes of the people who elected them to do a job.
At this stage in the game, no one is really interested in their deliberately obvious distractions of twisted and blatantly malicious playground antics.
